Brady Property Management is a full-service residential and multi-family property management company in the Philadelphia suburban area. We focus primarily on your investment needs, a la carte. You decide on the services requested, and we deliver property owner satisfaction, tenant customer service, and proper management of all rental properties.
Additionally, we are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The entire process is see-through, nothing goes on without owner approval.
Services include:
Leasing services, including advertisement and tenant placement, rent collection and disbursement to property owners. Property tenant screening and evaluation; any tenant that fails to pay on time is handled accordingly.
Complete Home Services – routine property inspections, repairs or upgrades if desired by owner.
Financial services – each quarter we send income and expense statements for each of your specific income properties. We also send you a 1099 at the end of the year, required by law.
Move In/Move Out Reports – Properties are photographed before and after tenants take possession and complete a detailed inspection checklist, in order to document any damage or irregularities that have occurred during the tenant’s lease
